Looks like this is still a typical German company with all the outcomes. After submitting my CV I had to wait about 2 weeks to finally be approached by one of the recruiters. Despite the fact that I didn’t specify German language in my CV, recruiter still sent me an email in German, probably she even didn’t read my CV. Short after I was invited for a technical interview. A first interview with the tech lead and the hiring manager and a second technical interview with the tech lead and another developer. The first interview was a mix between technical questions and cultural fit questions, and the second interview was a whiteboard problem.

Entretien
The process was three fold: An intro interview with Recruitee, getting to know me and letting me know more information on the company and job post. A tech test, using an online platform called Codility. And last a final interview with two parts: A technical part reviewing the test and other technical questions, and a cultural part to get to know me more. I then received an offer.

2. Test assessment
3. Nothing
The company did give me feedback only for one positions. What was with another position, I don't know.
