The interview process was very quick, and consisted of a phone screen, then a day-long onsite with the full team as well as key cross functional stakeholders. The overall interview process was frankly a delight, and I spoke to engaging, intelligent, and kind people at every stage. I was very impressed with the team and role, and was genuinely torn when it came to making a decision about my offer. I ultimately took a role at another company, but definitely would have accepted this offer had my personal circumstances been different.
