J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez iRobot (Burlington, MA) en juill. 2017
Entretien
The day was very long, I had a tour and met with numerous people during the process. The hiring "talent" guy was super nice and pretty much convinced me that I was the candidate for the role and that I was very well liked by everyone. Well, I did not hear back from the "talent" guy until almost 3 weeks later at 2am on a Saturday morning! Yes that is when he emailed me to tell me they went with someone else. This whole talent acquisition nonsense has to go, this is a layer of people that job jump, they don't care about you nor do they care about stringing you along. This whole talent team thing has to go, they are making the process for candidates very painful.

Talked to 4 different people for a full day company visit. Was asked a lot about past projects and brought in samples of my work. Some technical questions on engineering principles. Some technical questions on their robots and what they do.
