J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez iQuest Group (Cluj-Napoca) en oct. 2018
Entretien
I applied online and one of the HR girls called me and set up an interview. The interview was pretty easy, considering I was applying for an entry level position. After the interview I asked when I was gonna get an answer and he said soon, and that no matter the kind of answer(positive or negative), they would let me know. I never heard from them again.

Entretien
A very long, confusing and not at all friendly discussion.
Apparently, almost everything I said caused them to roll their eyes and respond as if I was the last man on earth. Very unprofessional and arrogant interviewers, very uncomfortable and awkward situations. Although they said they will contact me to send me some material to "better prepare" myself, I have never heard from them again.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
No specific questions. The questions have been in such a way, that it looked like they wanted to find out what I do NOT know, rather than finding out what my actual skills are.

The communication was excellent, direct, simple and straight to the point.
The fist interview with the HR was a delightful one, no pressing or stupid questions, it was a normal talk between two people who respect each other and good coffee.
The technical interview lasted 2 and a half hours, not to relaxed but also they kept me on my toes, again professional and no tricky to answer questions, they wanted to know what you know, in your own words not the textbook definitions and test your experience level.
When the offer came, it was again dealt in a professional manner, an important person took an hour out of his time to talk with me and it was nice to be talked to like a real developer, not a child or another potential employee.
Overall I felt like a human being with faults of course and encouraged to learn and do my best.
