i interviewed at Iopex Technology. the process took a day. there was one F2F recruiter, Two technical assessment and one F2F Team lead. Since i performed well. The recruiter said that I got selected for the final level of interview. I was waiting for the Team Lead no one senior developer was not there at that time. So they told me that they will arrange a Hangout call for the next day. I called them few times they said they will arrange...but they didn't. One of the worst response from them. This is not a good practice.

Fixed the interview slot for me on next day. 4. Interview rounds: 1. Communication screening( to check the candidate 's English fluently without MTI) 2. Tead lead - Got the chance to speak to tead leader after shortlisted. ( Checked the English fluently once again ) 3. Manager round - Not a good way to approach the candidate with such humiliation.
