Nothing very unique with interview process. Skils screened included skills on Microsoft stack Domain skills earluer project exposure to enterprise project rollouts Communication , documentation and people management skills. One of the key things they evaluate is the Stickyness of an individual, in the past employment, I have worked minimum 3+ years in each organisation which helped a lot.
