Sat down with CEO and lead artist for about 45 minutes, showed my portfolio and described my work, CEO doesn't really understand art so that was easy. Lead artist seemed to understand art well but really couldn't get a complete sentence out without being cut off by the CEO to ask something meaningless.
Really bring in flashy pictures and use big artsy words and your good.
