When I 1st applied,It was real easy i was working within 2days. Started at 8 an Hour was Promised 10$ hourly. They make u go to 3 trainings in different areas in NJ. And you have to finish Your training Online called S.t.A.R.S.

Most diffucal question is when they ask "what would you do if your in school, but we need you to work ?" or "would you leave school for work?"

Entretien
you walk into a store drop off your resume and hope they call. or if you know somebody in the company that's another way to get in. It's kind of hard to get an actual interview since every time somebody would come in with their resume reps usually throw them out or never give them to the manager.
