It was long, difficult, time-consuming. Consisted of 4 interviews, on-air radio discussion, live video Q&A as well. Hiring process lasted three months and was very competitive, spontaneous, and publicity-focused. Needed to be established on social media, a loud personality, a continuously interesting personal life, weekly entertaining updates to share on-air live.

Submitted application on Elvis Duran site and emailed in my resume and cover letter. Had one Skype interview with the executive producer. Then got an email a few weeks later with acceptance.
