People are all very nice, ask about general and professional questions, nothing too difficult. Meet with the team then the manager. The company seems really good, and staff are cool.

So my interview process took about an entire month. The first round was with the recruiter which was a pre-screener, followed by another interview round with two executives. The next round was the portfolio review round with the entire design team where I was asked to present two case studies. After that , there was a working session with the design team where I was asked to work on a problem statement. I had reached till the final round of the interviews. All the rounds were really conversational and they were constantly in touch with me to prepare me for all the rounds. They gave me high hopes on getting the role, and communicated with me multiple times. However, after my final interview, I was ghosted, and did not receive any feedback or call for the next two weeks. I followed up multiple times but did not receive any reply. Finally, I got a message on LinkedIn stating that I did not get the job - *no reason specified* and said that they will consider my candidature after 6 months or a year. This seemed extremely unprofessional. I still don't know what went wrong in the interviews as I haven't received any reply when I had asked for feedback. Not.cool.
