Pretty average

The first interview was different but in a positive way. I interviewed with Valerie Owens and it felt more personal. She provided context and insight on how I could better respond to questions so I could put my best foot forward. By the end of the conversation I felt as if my mother was interviewing me and trying to help me along the way. If you have Val as your interviewer make sure you come correct.
