A panel of 3 interviewers, their main objective was to build an automated testing for their new software using Python but without having any idea how they are going to interface with their equipment which are usually Telecom modems neither which farmworker they are intending to use. I kept asking many technical questions that they were not ready for consequently turned very nervous. One of the interviewers did not say any word other than stating his name, the second one was smiling for no reason while describing the job requirement and the director was only stating that they need a professional person in Python that's all without any further insight of their project. My take on this interview was that the interviewers showed a very poor understanding of their company product and could not articulate at all how they are going to proceed with building an automated testing project using Python according to their job requirement.
