It was overall very easy and straightforward, they asked you questions regarding communication, mindset, alignment with teaching / organizational values. Questions like “tell me about yourself,” “why this role,” or “how you’d handle classroom management.”

“How would you handle a child who thinks material is too easy/difficult?” A simple coding exercise given live or in front of interviewer. Some report that it’s “not hard,” meant to test basic fluency.

Entretien
They got back to me almost immediately after applying. They gave me the option of either a phone or video call interview, I chose the video call. A few days later I received an offer for the job.

simple interview process. initially a short general interview was there. mostly the interview process was about how to handle kids. also, a short training was there once when i was through the interview process.
