pretty straightforward. started with a phone screen which led to an interview with the hiring manager. my understanding is there would’ve been one more interview with their manager, but I didn’t make it that far.

Can you give an example of a time when you created a new approach to a problem at one
of your former jobs?
Casual first HR interview, if maybe a bit disorganized but overall pleasant. Indicated to expect communication good or bad within a couple days then ghosted. No way to communicate this without sounding bitter but because of expanded distribution of this product I expected a more professional experience.
