First interview was great , got a good understanding of the company & the role. I had an activity I needed to complete on Excel, which I liked & found really interesting. Second interview, horrible, boring. It felt like an interrogation. It seemed like her mind was already made up before the interview started & she was just going through the motions. Half way through the interview I honestly just didn’t want to talk to her anymore & I’m sure she sensed it. They didn’t even have the decency to send me a rejection email .

Thorough- meetings with several members of the team, including leadership and cross functional leadership. Quick to schedule and excellent screening call. Technical showcase of skills required for analytical roles. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The interviews didnt feel restrictive or overly structured
