Three step interview process consisted of telephone interview, in-person interview, and final interview with CEO. Questions were quite typical so no surprises. Met with hiring manager and interview was quite straight-forward. Good idea to research the company and core values. I was surprised that the CEO meets with every potential employee who is offered a position within the organization.
