Entretien
I had a face to face interview with the manager and then a phone interview with the distract manager. Both were fairly easy interviews and both the managers where very welcoming and nice.

They make you role play the "francescas promise" which is basically a formula for how to talk to guest when they first walk into the store.

Entretien
So easy. the questions were simplistic to answer and the hiring manager did a great job. I was able to feel comfortable the entire time while i was interviewing. The whole process took around 15-30 minutes and the interview led to an offer within a week.

Entretien
It took 3 days, i interviewed with the BTL first then after my background check cleared, I interviewed with a manager much higher up than you would normally interview with after the BTL, as there were some changed being made in the chain of management. I called after my interview and qas offered the job. The interview was pretty lengthy, lots of open ended questions while also making sure to get to know me at the same time. Just be yourself and be positive. This company is a very friendly and upbeat one, it's great to work for.
