Simple, brief discussion with friendly store manager. She asked basic experience & goals questions that you would expect. She was sweet and the interview went quickly. The offer came within the day.

Pretty fast, it started with a phone call and then in person interview. After the interview in-person, you are onboarded fast and watch some training videos. After that, you are on the floor and also trained on the register.

How much or if I had any experience working retail
One on one interview, asked general questions for retail. I did notice that they are interested in availability more than anything. Had a portion in the end with fake scenarios.
