in person interview in the back room; didn't take long, discussed previous retail experience, wore clothes that are similar to the boutique and that helped then was asked to style an outfit and greet an imaginary customer

If a customer needed help for a certain event how would you help?
Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.
The interview process was two parts. First, they ask you normal behavioral questions, then you move to the next step and they have you style an outfit for a fake client.

Short, quick, and efficient interview process. Mostly spoke of availability, willingness to learn a protocol that asks you to be sociable and to approach customers, and willingness to embrace the tenets of the company.
