Entretien
Short and brief. They talk mainly about the promise and how customer focused they are. They may even ask you to style an outfit. They really want to know how well you fit with there brand. Do some research and check the website and you’ll do fine
Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.
The interview process was two parts. First, they ask you normal behavioral questions, then you move to the next step and they have you style an outfit for a fake client.

Short, quick, and efficient interview process. Mostly spoke of availability, willingness to learn a protocol that asks you to be sociable and to approach customers, and willingness to embrace the tenets of the company.
