This was the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL experience I’ve ever had. It was a two part interview that they then had me hold out for almost two months every week calling to say “you’ll have the offer tomorrow”

Know that’s it’s a two part interview that they don’t tell you until you are there
Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.
The interview process was two parts. First, they ask you normal behavioral questions, then you move to the next step and they have you style an outfit for a fake client.

Short, quick, and efficient interview process. Mostly spoke of availability, willingness to learn a protocol that asks you to be sociable and to approach customers, and willingness to embrace the tenets of the company.
