When I arrived into the boutique I was asked to pick out an outfit. The scenario was a "shabby chic" bridal shower. I walked around the boutique and picked out a dress, shoes, bag, and jewelry. The manager had me explain why I picked what I picked, and then invited me into the back room for the interview. It was pretty casual feeling, took less than 20 minutes. Was told she would potentially call to set up a second interview with the district manager. Got a call the next morning with a job offer. Took 2 weeks to get officially started after the background test went through.

So easy. the questions were simplistic to answer and the hiring manager did a great job. I was able to feel comfortable the entire time while i was interviewing. The whole process took around 15-30 minutes and the interview led to an offer within a week.
