Referred by a friend of mine.
First, a recruiter called to find out more about my background.
There're 2 technical rounds.
- The first round is with a senior engineer, he went through h back past experience, discuss some system design question. There will be 1 coding question, medium level.
- The second round is with an Engineering Manager, he asked some system design question, how to scale system and database. There will be a concurrency/thread-safe coding question in Go. I didn't perform very well at this coding question.
The last round is with their Director of Product to talk about their product and future vision.
The recruiter calls me to offer the same day as the last interview. They tried to lowball you and the offer is not negotiable. It's an exploding offer and I was expected to answer in 2 days (and one of those days is weekend, I need to answer on a Saturday).
This leaves a very bad impression of rushing candidate.
To give some justice, the engineers I talked with are nice and easy to work with.

4 or 5 rounds, all with the same set of behavioural questions. No technical interview. The process is way too easy to be efficient, it made me worry about the quality of the folks they hire. The people were nice and friendly.
