The first minutes of the Skype interview were quite casual, before the interviewer tackles the usual questions. After that, I was tested on what I knew about the company, South East Asia and the food-delivery market. It was followed by a business case study and a data file was sent to me. I had 2 days to answer a few questions on this data.

Entretien
Phone call, classic interview lasted 30minutes. The questions were really operational and we discussed about why I would like to join the company, my motivations and experiences. Nothing hard and my interviewer was really nice.
