Perhaps one of the worst interview experience. The first call with HR was only a 5-minutes short call, then they throw you a technical assessment via email. The technical assessment isn't that hard, took me around 4-5 days in total to get it done. Completed all the points and also achieved the bonus point as mentioned. After sending the assessment to the reviewer, I got a rejection letter few days later. Without explaining ANY of the reason, only "Sorry we have decided not to select you." Not even any appreciation for your time spent on the assessment, nor any feedback that can be valuable for your job seeking experience. The rejection letter basically represented the horrible hiring culture, without appreciating applicants efforts regardless what's the outcome.
