The interview process started off smoothly, moving quickly with HR, the manager, and the CMO. However, it has now been over a month since I completed all steps, including a detailed case study and presentation. Despite my efforts to follow up for feedback over the past few weeks, I have been completely ignored. HR simply went on leave without delegating her responsibilities, leaving me in the dark and without any communication. This lack of professionalism is disappointing, very negative experience.
