They were very friendly and open to discuss. I had to be tested for my writing and communication skills. I finally got an offer, less than i expected to be honest

Entretien
I applied and they contacted me within 3 days. Had the first contact phone call that lasted 30mins about 5 days later with HR. Basic hr questions about work experience, why do I want to work there etc. We arranged a second call with the manager of the department where there would be an assessment as well. During that phase, the manager got in the call around 15-20mins late which I found unprofessional. The assessment consisted of 2 parts, first basic hr questions, the majority of them I’ve answered before during the first phone call and second an easy task related to the position on excel. After I was done the manager asked me AGAIN the same questions I’ve answered at this point twice before, verbally and written. That showed me that the departments do not communicate with each other or they don’t care to do so. Generally I don’t believe they are really hiring, as they post this position (and few others) over and over again non stop in linkedin.
