Very organized, transparent interview process. The first phone interview was with HR where they asked some questions and talked about the company. I heard back through email that that I made it to the next round: a phone interview with the hiring manager which lasted about a half hour. Next I received an email requesting an in person interview where I met with 4 different people for a half hour each. The final round is in person with 4 other managers that I would be interacting with for a half hour each. About a week later I received a call from HR and was offered the position. Each interview was very organized and HR was extremely responsive along the way. No going weeks without hearing an update. The interview questions were pretty standard about your skills and experience but they also asked a lot of questions to get to know your personality. They were all very relaxed interviews and relatively easy.
