I was very impressed with Clarus’s transparency and respect for the candidate during the interview process. I had a total of 4 interviews- 2 phone and 2 in person. The first phone interview was with HR where I learned more about the company and the position. 2nd phone was with the hiring manager where we discussed more about the job and my qualifications. The in person interviews were made as comfortable as possible. I met with various people including HR, CFO and SVP of Ops. It was nice to have a chance to talk to different people I would be working with if I was offered the job. Clarus responded right away to let me know the next steps in the interview process. I didn’t have to wait or reach out to them for a status update.
