Whole day process which took place in Luton (near the airport but not specifically at the airport) all the other candidates were there, which helped. We had to go into a big room and spent the first part of the day learning about the role, role playing a little bit on how to ‘sell products’ and (make sure you ask some questions in the first part so they notice you!) they then split you into two halves, one half of the candidates got sent home and I made it through, it was then a simple English test on the computer followed by an interview which had competency based questions. It was fairly straight forward and nice to meet the other potential air hostesses too.

Online zoom call with recruitment team. It was more of a conversation than an interview. It seemed very calm and chilled without feeling to much pressure on the interview. Questions were typical interview questions with a few personal ones about my goals etc
