Entretien
I was put forward by an agent and I had a telephone interview with the manager first. Then I went in for interview where I was interviewed by two people, the manager and team leader. They asked a series of questions and some scenario based questions.

You are in a shop and there is yellow alert tape around the area you need to get to with a sign that says 'do not enter'. You can see the item you need right in front of you. Do you cross the line and take it or do you accept you cannot take it?
