I was really impressed with how quickly the interview process went from beginning to offer. I also felt the team was very transparent and communicative about next steps and timeframes. I actually interviewed for a different position than I ended up being hired for but it all worked out in the end.

They really wanted to know my preferences as far as what I enjoyed doing in my previous positions. I assume they were trying to decide if I was a good fit for a recently created role.
