J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 6 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez eVestment
Entretien
They were very flexible with the planning process. They arranged over-the-phone interviews while I was driving home, and they met me at a convenient location during off-hours for the in-person interview. They asked next to none of the "conventional" interview questions (What are your greatest strengths/weaknesses? Why do you want to work here?) which is a plus in my book.

Question 1
They were mostly looking to be impressed, so they asked about things I had worked on.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez eVestment en févr. 2014

They started with a typical HR phone screen and asked about my experiences. I got a next round interview which was a phone interview with a developer. He asked some basic questions about SQL, OOP, C#, and JQuery/Javascript. I got passed that interview and got called for an on-site interview. All of the questions utilized basic knowledge/understanding of Web applications. I was told I would get a response in 2-3 days, but even with a lot of followup (emailed and called atleast 3 times), I only got a response after 2 weeks.
