I was originally approached by someone within the esynergy talent team regarding a position. I had an initial discussion to find out more around the role and align expectations and the role sounded very interesting. I then had an interview with more of the team going into the role in more detail. After this stage I then heard nothing back whatsoever even after chasing on a few occasions. Considering the role I interviewed for was within the talent team it reflects quite badly on their processes and approach to hiring.
