First contact via linkedin, phone interview with a very open and interested manager. Got invited to a 1 day work and meet day where i got 3 task to do on a macbook. Design task where design a landing page, work on a logo for a new product and a add campaign. 5hours of work with final presentation to a team of 5 managers and designers. Got great feedback. 1 week later i got a job offer which i accepted.
