Initial telephone interview with VP Recruiting/HR was very general. Was told next step would be possible telephone interview with hiring manager, never happened. Sent several voice mail messages and emails with no feedback. Finally received email message..." sorry...chose another candidate...blah..blah..blah..". Used the excuse..."out of the office". Very unorganized with hiring process.
