Very friendly and detailed technical review done on phone and then in-person. A group of 3 people questioned me for 1.5 hours on development and administration areas of SQL Server. The people in interview panel were very talented and knowledgeable. Also conducted skill test by giving a real time scenarios and develop scripts for various tasks.
