During my interview I was extremely disappointed by the behavior of the hiring manager, which was riddled with microaggressions.
Throughout the interview, the manager made several dismissive and stereotypical comments. For instance, they questioned my qualifications in a way that implied I was not a typical candidate for the role, despite my extensive experience. Specific remarks about whether I truly worked the number of years stated on my resume and if I really contributed to certain projects made me feel uncomfortable and highlighted an underlying bias.
These microaggressions, combined with an overall lack of professionalism, created an unwelcoming atmosphere. It became evident that the manager held biased views regarding candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Overall, I cannot recommend this company to potential candidates until there are significant improvements in their hiring practices.

Solid interview process. Everyone was respectful and asked fair questions. The recruiter was super helpful every step of the way, and I always knew what next steps were with concrete timelines. My interviewees made clear what was needed for the role, and the job is matching what was described. I wish more companies conducted interviews this way!
