Very Bad Process. When you reach on time for the interview HR will not be available. They will come 1 hr to just take your resume. after that you have to wait another half hour then HR will come he will ask you a questions and You have applied for day shift job they will tell you are you ready for night shift. and if you tell them I have applied bcoz in the mail you have mentioned as a day shift they will tell you if the project require then what you will do and if you ask them till what time the night shift will be there then HR will tell that we don't know?

I want to share my experience with eClinicalWorks recruitment process.
I cleared all interview rounds and was informed that I was selected. The HR also gave me a joining date. Because of this confirmation, I rejected another job offer that I had at that time.
However, my offer letter was not released even as the joining date was getting close. I kept following up with HR for around 15 days. At the last moment, I was informed that my profile had been put on hold because of some basic document issues and the position was also on hold.
Due to this situation, I lost my previous job offer and I was left without any job opportunity. It was a very stressful experience.
My suggestion to other candidates:
If you are selected, please make sure you receive the official offer letter immediately before rejecting any other job offers. In my experience, there was no guarantee even after final selection and a joining date.
