Was contacted by the CEO through email and scheduled an on-site interview. Interview was very casual and there were no deep technical type questions. He basically asked about things from my resume. Another one of his employees joined us for the interview who asked about past experiences. After the interview, he gave a tour of the whole place and then bode farewell saying he'll contact soon. After more than 3 weeks, I received no answer even though I inquired about it.
