The application process was every involved, which I appreciate. The actual interview was just over an hour. She reviewed skills and my comfort level of billing. It was a great experience.

Series of personality and skill assessment tests to apply followed by two one-way interviews with ten questions each - one interview focuses on personality, the other on skillset. Very time consuming.

Very Thorough initial test and hard to get through, but once you have passed they get your set up for a video interview. The lady made an on the spot decision not to hire me, I could tell. I'm not really sure what they were looking for as I was over qualified.

Very lengthy, I took exams and personality quizzes. The expectation to pass is 85% or better and I fell just below that. I know the content so it was frustrating to see how I didn't do better. I feel confident it was the way the questions were asked.
