Entretien
We had to upload a video online and those that they liked, invited us in for a group interview.
The Group interview was held in the store at Westfield after hours and consisted of about 10 people. We all filled out an short application (just basic questions like name, number - nothing scary).
We then sat in a circle as she asked some questions and picked from us at random. These questions included things like "tell me a quirky trait you have" and "what is good customer service?"
After those questions we went around in a circle, said our name and spoke about 3 things we considered ourselves good at. They talked a little bit about the store, expectations and showed us the storeroom and told us about deliveries and such.
The overall interview was very relaxed and enjoyable and the interviewers were very friendly and nice.

Q: The phone is ringing, a delivery man is waiting and you have customers at the checkout. In what order do you deal with each?
The interview process was very positive- I was interviewed very shortly after applying and asked some general questions about customer service experiences, retail expertise, as well as interpersonal and professional qualities.

Entretien
Was interviewed in the food court, really nice interviewer told me I could relax and it was going to be informal. Asked me standard interview questions and told me a bit about the role.
