Very good interview process. I was reached out to by a recruiter, with whom I had an initial screening interview. Next, I had an interview with the hiring manager. This interview was a mostly about work history and culture fit. I was then given a technical assessment through a 3rd-party service. Next, I was interviewed by a product manager, where we discussed my work style and how the team I would be joining works. Finally, I had an interview with a company VP, after which I received an offer. All along the way, the company maintained good communication about where I was in the process.
