Interview process was pretty straight forward. Spoke with the Controller/CFO for the first interview and to another member of the accounting department for the second interview. The decision was made pretty quickly. I did not ask the right questions when determining if the company would be a good fit for myself, but after leaving this company, I learned exactly what it is like to work for a bad company.
