My first interview was with the hiring manager and he was late for 30 minutes. His question was not structured and we did not complete an hour interview. He asked if I want to come back for another interview. I agreed and they arrange next week for an interview. It was an interview with 3 group of people; 1 engineer, 1 PM and 1 VP of Sales. The interview was informal and relax. I did very well on all the answer and they are suppose to get back to me within a week. There is no feedback whatsoever, no response to email or answer my call after interview! They should at least call me back and tell me if I did not get the job.
