Be expected to prove your skills that you bring to the classroom. Knowledge of the the information technology forms part of what the company is seeking. An equally important aspect that needs to be demonstrated is the ably to demonstrate understanding of individual learning styles and communication skills. Expect immediate constructive feedback from people who have years of experience with both technology and instruction.
