Someone from the company reached out to me to set up an interview. On the day of it, literally 2 min prior, the interview was canceled with no warning. I have received an email later that day, that the person who was supposed to interview me had a personal emergency. Of course, I understand the meaning of an emergency, so I had no issue rescheduling.
After a couple of follow up emails and few weeks later, still no interview. Highly unprofessional and disorganized.

Entretien
I applied for a Paid Social Marketing Manager role at Crealytics and was invited to a screening interview, which went well. I was then given a mandatory assessment, which required detailed data analysis and strategic recommendations. The task was supposed to be discussed in my next interview, but when I met with two team members (both in the same role I was applying for), they seemed unprepared, one interviewer was disengaged and gave off an unwelcoming vibe.
When I asked for feedback on my assessment, they seemed caught off guard and had no clear response. After this, I was told there would be another interview with the hiring manager, but I got a rejection email instead. Disappointing experience.
