Entretien
The interview consisted of four steps:
1. interview with a recruiter
2. First technical interview with a team
3. Second technical interview with a team
4. Behavioural interview with a manager
Overall the process was alright. The technical interviews consisted of some questions about Scala and system design. The interviewers were pleasant.
The only problem I had with those interviews is that there was a gap of weeks between some of them.
At the end I have received an offer, but unfortunately they offered me much less than the range that has been discussed at the beginning of the process.

Entretien
Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief gut strukturiert und reibungslos. Für einen Senior Frontend Engineer war es ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis zwischen technischer Tiefe und praktischer Problemlösung.
Die Gespräche waren spannend, die Herausforderungen relevant und die Interviewer schufen eine kooperative Atmosphäre, die das Gespräch weniger wie einen Test, sondern eher wie eine Diskussion unter Kollegen erscheinen ließ.

Sie stellten tiefgründige Fragen zum A/B-Testing in einem Microfrontend-Setup – beispielsweise, wie man die Variantenzuweisung über unabhängig voneinander eingesetzte Frontends hinweg konsistent hält.

- a screening interview with people from HR - a first tech interview with colleagues from other teams to broadly assess your technical background - a second round of a tech interview with colleagues from your possible team, to assess if your technical background fits with the needs of the team - a final round of cultural fit interview to verify if you are a good profile to join the company
