Applied online. After which I had a phone interview with HR. Soon after I had 2 phone interviews with the studio director and the creative director. 2nd interview was with some of the designers. Afterwards I flew out to Salt Lake City for an onsite interview. Full day process of meeting designers and different heads of the studio. Received an offer few days after that.
