I received an online assessment and completed it within 2 days.
1. Then I got constant reminders that I still had to complete the assessment (their automations must be broken).
2. I sent a message to recuiters@bunq.nl that I already completed the assessment.
3. I get an email that says I didn't complete the assessment and they are closing my application.
Their automations are broken to the point that they're missing out on candidates, that's a big red flag for a software company I would say.
Don't ever apply for any job at this company.
Useless online quiz-like interview.
They don't ask for actual skillset or even a screening interview.
After this online test, in the early morning they sent a rejection email.

After being selected for the process, I received a link to TestGorilla, a company well known for controversial assessment methods, with no valid scientific basis and with results so questionable that they themselves do not send them and you have to ask the company to send them to you, something that Bunq refused to do. The fact that they hired a company of such poor quality only shows how unprofessional they are and justifies why the bank is worsening its services over time.
